Come faccio a beneficiare dell'incentivo?Il Governo ha fissato due modalità per benerifiare dell'incentivo. 1. Detrazione del credito dilazionato in 10 anni. 2 Cessione del credito al Rivenditore degli infissi. In questo secondo caso, il vantaggio è determinato dal risparmio immediato da parte dell'acquirente, che sarà trasformato in sconto del 50%, direttamente sulla fattura di acquisto. Il rivenditore Eklip si occuperà di verificare la fattibilità e di attivare le procedure.

In cosa consiste la cessione del credito con il Bonus Ristrutturazione?Per tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione edile che saranno eseguiti entro il 31 dicembre, si potrà veneficiare della detrazione fiscale del 50%, sul valore della spesa totale sostenuta, fino ad un massimo di €. 96.000 per unità immobiliare. Fra gli interventi previsti, vi è anche la sostituzione degli infissi.
